I require a non-refundable deposit of two hundred dollars ($200.00) now and the balance at six weeks (6) weeks old.
This deposit is your guarantee that we will not place the puppy of your choice with someone else. This deposit is also our guarantee that you will be purchasing the puppy specified; therefore the deposit is non-refundable. Deposits can also be transferred to another litter as long as you have not chosen a puppy and it is being held for you or if the puppy you would like to purchase is not available. I realize that circumstances may change, and will try to work with you to find the puppy you desire. You will be notified when your puppy is ready to come to his/her new home which is 8 weeks of age. If your puppy remains at our home longer than 10 days after notification, there will be a $25.00 boarding charge added to the cost of your puppy and an additional $25.00 a week thereafter. If you have not made arrangements to pick up or receive your puppy, we will assume this puppy is available for others.
Payment Information:
I prefer to have the puppy paid for before 6 weeks of age, Personal Checks are accepted (with a waiting period), Along with PayPal and Cash. Puppies will remain at our home until completely paid for. Shipping is available (with strict regulations) for an additional $575.00 dollars “American Airlines and Delta Airlines except animal shipments. This included Health Certificate, airfare and travel crate that you keep.
Conditions of Sale:
All puppies are sold with their pedigree papers unless told otherwise and given their veterinary record. Puppies will be wormed starting at 2 weeks of age and worming will be continued every 2 weeks as long as the puppy is in my care. I will take them to the vet at the age of 7 to 8 weeks for their well check and first puppy vaccine. After the first vaccine they are kept current as long as they are with me. The puppy will be shipped or picked up at 8 weeks of age. Veterinarians at Lamar Veterinary Clinic Paris Texas provides the care for my Jack Russells and puppies 903-784-4391. Shots will continue once a month as long as said puppy is in my care. Buyer agrees to have said puppy examined by a licensed vet within 72 hours of time of pickup or delivery, or guarantee is not applicable. If said puppy is other than healthy it should be returned to the breeder immediately, and the purchase price will be refunded or the puppy can be replaced, whichever the buyer prefer. Minor problems such as diarrhea, cocciddosis, wormy stool, etc. are common problems among puppies and will not be covered by this warranty, although every effort is made to sell puppies free of the problems. The said puppy is guaranteed for one year of age against genetic/congenital defects that could affect the puppy’s quality of life. Deadline for a replacement is one week and only after examination from buyer’s Vet, and a written statement is forwarded to My Vet, at Lamar Veterinary Clinic (Fax 903-784-7088) from Buyer’s Vet for the replacement of another puppy of equal value. I am not responsible for shipping charges, or vet bills once the puppy leaves my care. I do not assume any liability for any injury of said puppy after the puppy leaves my care. Buyer is responsible to maintain the puppy’s health condition, vaccinations, and de-worming, and other procedures to ensure good health. I raise and have provided everything possible to produce a healthy sound puppy by raising the puppy the best possible way in regards to diet, exercise, socialization, and veterinary care. I cannot guarantee the puppy’s ears, hair coat or height and weight at maturity.
Purchaser’s Statement:
The Buyer guarantees that they are not acting as an agent in the purchase of this puppy, and that it will remain in his/her custody. The Buyer swears that they are not associated with a pet store, or animal broker. This contract becomes effective upon the signature of both parties. An executed copy shall be provided to all parties.
Breeding Right’s:
Due to some puppy buyers not understanding how breeding right’s work even when speaking to them about the Breeding Rights- The Price of the Puppy Does Not Include Any Breeding Right’s. You Will Need to Inquire About the Breeding Rights of All Puppies at Time of Purchase.
